Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Moodigo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.

What Moodigo Offers

Moodigo is an ADHD-friendly task planning app that provides:

• Visual time-based task organization (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Anytime)
• AI chatbot for natural language task creation
• Plant companion gamification with XP and levels
• Focus session timers with soundscapes
• Calendar integration (optional)
• Home screen widgets

Your Account

To use Moodigo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscription & Billing

Moodigo offers optional premium features:

Refund Policy:

• Refunds managed by Apple/Google according to their policies
• Contact support if you have billing issues
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Moodigo for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or hack the app
• Share false or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use bots or automated systems

AI Chatbot Usage

Our AI chatbot:

• Helps parse natural language into tasks
• Provides suggestions based on context
• Is not a substitute for professional advice
• May occasionally misinterpret requests

Always review AI-generated tasks before acting on them.

Calendar Integration

Calendar access is optional. When enabled:

• We only read event data (never modify)
• You control which calendars to connect
• You can disconnect anytime from Settings
• Event data stored securely and encrypted

Intellectual Property

Moodigo's design, features, and content are our property. You retain rights to your task data and can export it anytime.

Disclaimers

Moodigo is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We don't guarantee the app will always be error-free
• AI suggestions are not professional advice
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance
• We're not liable for lost data (keep backups!)

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moodigo is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
